Terms of Service

Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

tMemo is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using tMemo, you agree to the terms of the Apple EULA, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You can read the full Apple Standard EULA here:

Additional Terms

In addition to the Apple EULA, the following terms apply to your use of tMemo:

1. One-Time Purchase

tMemo is offered as a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the app and its features. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

2. Data and Privacy

tMemo stores your notes, attachments, tags and links on your device. If you enable sync, they are written to your own Apple iCloud Drive container or your own WebDAV server. We do not receive, store or process your note content on our servers, and the diagnostics shown in the app are read locally. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failures, operating system updates or accidental deletion.

3. Accounts and Membership

The paid features of tMemo are a one-time purchase. To use the same purchase on more than one platform, you can sign in with Apple or Google; the account exists only to attach that membership to you and holds no note content. Purchases are made through the store you installed the app from, the App Store or Google Play, and are subject to that store's terms, including its refund rules and price changes. We receive the purchase record and ask our billing provider (RevenueCat) whether the membership is active; if a store reverses a purchase, the membership ends when the provider reports it.

You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting it does not delete your notes, which never leave your device and your own sync storage, and does not cancel a store purchase; only the store can refund it. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and what remains after deletion.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in tMemo, including but not limited to the app name, logo, interface design, and underlying code, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tMemo for personal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of tMemo.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of tMemo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
